This page covers privacy policy for INDX Creator Space, South Jayanagar, Bengaluru. It is written plainly on purpose. If a line here doesn't make sense, ask before you book and we'll explain it.
What we collect
When you send a booking enquiry we receive your name, phone number, the room and date you asked for, and whatever you wrote in the brief. If you email us instead, we receive your email address.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Page analytics, where used, are aggregated and hold no personal identifiers.
What we do with it
We use it to confirm your slot, prepare the room and contact you about that booking. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
Footage and files
Recordings made during your booking belong to you. We keep a backup copy for thirty days so a lost drive is recoverable, then delete it. We never publish footage from a shoot without written permission.
Your rights
Write to us and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We respond within thirty days.
