This page covers cancellations and refunds for INDX Creator Space, South Jayanagar, Bengaluru. It is written plainly on purpose. If a line here doesn't make sense, ask before you book and we'll explain it.
Rescheduling
Move a booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the start time, subject to availability. Inside 48 hours we will always try, but the slot may already be held for someone else.
Cancellation
More than 72 hours before the shoot: full refund. Between 24 and 72 hours: 50% refund. Inside 24 hours: no refund, because the room has been dressed and the crew is booked.
If we cancel
If a room becomes unusable (power, equipment failure, anything on our side), you get the choice of the next available slot or a full refund, and we cover it either way.
How refunds are paid
Back to the original payment method within seven working days of confirmation.
