This page covers terms and conditions for INDX Creator Space, South Jayanagar, Bengaluru. It is written plainly on purpose. If a line here doesn't make sense, ask before you book and we'll explain it.
Booking and payment
A slot is held once we confirm it in writing. The minimum booking is one hour. Rates are quoted excluding GST.
Overtime is billed in thirty-minute blocks at the hourly rate, subject to the next booking on the floor.
Use of the studio
The room is handed over dressed and working. Please leave it in the same condition. Damage beyond normal use is charged at replacement cost.
Smoking, open flame and anything that marks the cyc are not permitted without prior agreement.
Equipment
Studio kit stays in the studio. You are responsible for kit you bring, and for anyone you bring with you.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect loss, including missed publication dates. Our liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for it.
